Bookings and communication

Trip details, pricing, and inclusions are confirmed in writing (email or messaging) before departure where possible. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and notifying us of health conditions or mobility limits that could affect safety on the trail.

Weather and changes

Mountain weather and road conditions can change quickly. We may adjust routes, timing, or meeting points for safety. If a trip cannot run as planned, we will work with you on alternatives or refunds as agreed at booking.

Conduct and environment

Guests are expected to follow guide instructions, respect local communities, and leave no trace on trails and in villages. Damaging property or behaving unsafely may result in ending the service without refund.
